Claudine Vainrub Kupchik is an MBA, and Certified as Professional Résumé Writer (CPRW), Personal Branding Strategist (CPBS), Personnel Consultant (CPC), and also in College Admissions Counseling. She is recognized for her knowledge and high ethical standards in providing career, educational and corporate consulting services for over 15 years. She is known for her ability to inspire and empower others into achieving career and academic goals. She earned her MBA degree from the renowned University of Michigan Ross School of Business in Ann Arbor, Michigan.

Vainrub also holds a B.A. in Communications and Journalism from Universidad Católica Andres Bello in Caracas, Venezuela. She speaks four languages, and has advanced composition skills in English and Spanish.

Vainrub comes from the corporate world, where she attained senior management positions, such as Executive Vice President for Grupo Frigilux, an international manufacturing corporation with over 1,500 employees. Her career includes 20 years of leading experience in Human Resources, Marketing Management, Research, Analysis and Strategic Planning, for companies such as General Motors Corp., Shiseido and Digital Equipment Corp.

Ms. Vainrub is regarded as a team facilitator and motivator, orchestrating a group to help it achieve its goal, while inspiring others to participate and be successful team members. As an innovator and entrepreneur, she founded EduPlan, LLC, a business dedicated to career and educational consulting since 2004. Her ability on project management and execution has enabled her company’s quick growth in revenues and service offerings.

For eleven years, Vainrub was selected to conduct admission interviews for the Ross School of Business MBA. This opportunity enabled her to get into the education world, and exploit a life-long passion. From 2007 to 2009, Ms. Vainrub was elected Representative for Region 3 (13 States from Florida up to Michigan) of the prestigious National Résumé Writers’ Association, where she is still active.

Due to her excellent public speaking skills in English and Spanish, Ms. Vainrub has been invited to conduct career consulting seminars and speaking engagements, motivating others with her enthusiasm and desire to succeed.
